Ingredients for the cake and ice cream frosting
- 6 egg whites
- 6 table spoons of sugar
- 6 table spoons of flour
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 table spoons of sugar
- 1 cup of butter
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 chocolate flavored pudding powder
- 1 hazelnut flavored pudding powder
- 2 cups of whipping base
Method
Beat the egg whites with 6 table spoons of sugar and slowly stir with flour. Put the baking paper into the pan. Pour the mixture into the pan – 21x31cm(8x12inch) of dimensions and bake it in preheated oven on 170C (320F). As the cake gets color take it out of the oven and pour 1 cup of cold milk on a hot cake and let it immerse. Mix the egg yolks with sugar and cook it on the steam for 10 minutes. Cool it down.
Mix the butter with the cooked egg yolks and divide it in two containers. Make chocolate and hazelnut puddings in 1.5 cup of milk each. Cool them down and mix them with egg yolks in separate containers. Pour the chocolate cream on the cake, than the hazelnut cream and beat the whipping base to pour it on top of the cake.
The cake has to be in the cool place to bare the freshness longer and to be refreshing in hot summer days.
