Cinnamon Rolls We Love

Cinnamon rolls are always bringing smile to my face. The entire house smells like cinnamon - I love it! When the rolls come out of the oven we are all over it until they are gone! Nice little rolled in buns with a lot of cinnamon, sugar and glazed before serving. I could never say no to such a sweet and tasty buns. My son adores the cinnamon and when it's on sweet buns - it's a win-win combination!

Minions Dipped in Chocolate Ganache

These sweet treats are unequaled to me. Very easy to make and relatively fast. You can make them when you cut the edges of the cake to be more exact and then you have some cake for minions. It doesn't matter what kind of cake you have, just make sure it's sweet :-) Try to make these sweet treats and I assure you that everybody would say - It's remarkable!

Quick Biscuit Chocolate Sandwiches

Easy to make and very quick to put on the table when sweet treat is needed. I always have these biscuits in the kitchen because, you never know... Sometimes I fill them with homemade jam - all sorts...fig jam, apricot jam, plum jam.. nutella :-) or some cream I have made. Today is chocolate ganache's turn :-) and it came out just fine and tasty - what matters the most! :-)

Pink Cheesecake Queen

This refreshing cheesecake was born in my kitchen yesterday! A little bit sour only to justify it's own origin of being a cheesecake. Strawberry pudding gives this cake a fruity taste and off course a nice pink color. As it stands in the refrigerator starts to disappear and every time I open it there is less left on the plate...I wonder how this happens? :-) I should name it a Disappearing cake!

Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache

Old fashioned, delicious and always welcome cheesecake with inevitable chocolate ganache and a little bit of whipped cream - waiting for you to grab it. When you taste it, you have to take another slice just to indulge your feeling for more and more...That is why I don't bake it often - I don't know how to tell this cake: "No!"

Oatmeal Brownies with Chocolate Ganache and Goji Berries

Always popular brownies enriched with oatmeal and chocolate ganache, deserve to have a place on my blog. Let's mention goji berries standing proudly on these delicious oatmeal brownies and decorating them in their special way. Don't waste this chance to bake these oatmeal brownies for your family and friends like I did. Goji berries play with your serotonin level like chocolate does, just more healthfully.

Homemade Fig Jam Cake

I have got a tip from a chef to make this cake. I haven't regret it...the cake is astonishingly tasteful. The crusty edges on a tasty almond cake in a combination with figs and decorated with whipping cream - what a pleasure. As spring has come, we sat in the garden and enjoyed this lovely fig discovery. I can recommend this cake to everyone as the preparation goes quickly - in a few minutes, so when the cake is left in the oven - you don't have to do anything - and the cake is done! :-)

Little No Bake Banana Cake

I had an idea to make sweet little cakes to impress my family after lunch. I had one big banana, so I went to my quest for other ingredients. I have found some milled cookies and a chocolate. That was it...I have made this little, no bake cake with chopped chocolate and decorated with vanilla cream and some candied aronia berries. To be honest, it was very fast and easy to make.

White Cake with Milk Chocolate Frosting

I have stumbled upon a great cake in my old book of notes of my high school period. I had a friend for exchanging recipes and every recipe was tried out and rated with marks from 1 to 10. This one was marked with 9 and who ever tried it glorified it and asked for more :-)! I am talking about this moisty white cake and delicious chocolate cream which make a beautiful, dreamy and tasteful dessert.

Don't Tiramisu Me!

All Tiramisu cakes are almost the same...creamy, cheesy and amazingly tasteful! If you use Mascarpone cheese or cultured butter...or you use ladyfingers instead of homemade cookies or cake... the score you're getting is even :-) The taste is specific and refreshing, so if you are trying it for the first time be prepared for the cake that tastes like no cake you have eaten before. Very easy to make and the looks you get is extraordinary!

Creamy Peanut Butter Cake

So creamy cake with peanut butter frosting, whipping base and chocolate glaze as decoration. It's not a heavy cake, just light, sweet and very nice! :-) I had to make it because of the cravings we had for peanut butter :-) This cake is not hard to make, just follow the procedure and try to make it yourself.
