Cinnamon Roll Muffins

Mmm, so sticky and sweet irresistible cinnamon rolls. When they came out of the oven, the kitchen was already filled with cinnamon aroma and my son couldn't resist so he took one roll and started eating it right away. Don't ask me how he looked like! :-) Well, I love those roll muffins just like the ones with jam or nutella or my favorite pecan rolls. I won't tell you that it's easy to make, just follow the steps and treat yourself with these wonderful muffin bites!

Fruit Pizza

You like pizza? Every kind of pizza? Me too! Just talking about pizza brings on my inspiration to bake one. Sometimes it comes out sweet, but most of the times salty wins. This time I used 2 kinds of plums. It came out sticky, sweet, sour and juicy... just the way we love it!

Apple Strudel

The original Wiener Apfelstrudel - Recipe courtesy of Hofbackstube Schönbrunn is amazing. Unfortunately, in my house nobody likes raisins and rum in cakes, nor I like to put bread crumbs in an apple strudel. I have my own recipe to indulge every member in the family. It's a great dessert after lunch or an afternoon snack beside coffee or tea.

Yet another apple pie

Well known international pie made out of world famous fruit - the apple. I am familiar with a few sorts of apple pies and this is one of them. Cinnamon is a spice which gives an apple pie an unforgettable taste, so this one also has it.
