Chocolate Mozambique Cake

Cake baked with chocolate crumbs makes it spotty and interesting. A chocolate cream in-rolled and creamed with whipped cream is unforgettable desert for any occasion. This kind of cream I like the best.

For this cake you will need:
  • 6 eggs
  • 12 table spoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate crumbs
  • 1 chocolate bar row
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of powder sugar
  • 2 cups of whipped cream

Here is how you make it:

1 Separate egg whites from yolks and beat the whites until stiff peaks appears.

2 Add 6 tablespoons of sugar and beat a little bit more.

3 Add the flour, baking powder and chocolate crumbs and stir it slowly with wooden spoon.

4 Preheat the oven on 220C (428F) and bake the cake.

5 Egg yolks mix with 6 tablespoons of sugar and cook it over the steam for 15 minutes and stir it often.

6 On the end add chocolate bar row and cool it down.

7 Beat the butter and powder sugar until it becomes foamy and add the egg yolks while mixing.

8 Pour the cream on the cake and roll it up.

9 Put the whipped cream on the roll cake and put the cake in the cool place.
