Plummy Pie



This plummy pie is the best cake for my son. He likes it the most. Those plums give this pie a sweet and sour taste and fruity touch on the top. Believe me, it's tasty like no other dry cake.



For this simple pie you will need...


  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 tea spoons of baking powder
  • 500 g of plums


Make this pie to feel the mmm...

1 Beat the eggs with sugar and add the yoghurt, oil, flour and baking powder.

2 Mix it well and pour the mixture into the pan – 21x31cm(8x12inch) of dimensions.
3 Put the plums one by one in the order so when the pie is baked  you can cut the cakes with a plum on every cake.

4 Bake it in preheated oven on 170C (320F) for about 40 minutes in order to get a reddish cake.

5 Pour the powder sugar on the pie and cut the slices.
