Add some refreshment to your lunch by preparing this amazingly delicious traditional salad. As our family gathered to have a nice Sunday lunch, we enjoyed in breaded chicken breast, french fries and this salad full of vitamins. Off course, with the inevitable white soup we started and ended with Oreo Muffin dessert. I call it a complete Sunday family lunch. Don't you think so too?
Ingredients for the salad
- 1 small cabbage - shredded
- 1 cup of grated carrot
- 1 green onion - finely chopped
- 2 tbsp of sour cream
- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- 1 tsp of salt
- some pepper
Method
Carefully mix all of the ingredients mentioned above, leave it in a cold place until serving this unforgettable Coleslaw salad.
