- A cup of coconut crumbs
- 4 eggs
- 5 cups of milk
- 12 table spoons of sugar
- 2 table spoons of flour
- 1 table spoon of baking powder
- 120g of chocolate pudding
- 50g of chocolate
- A cup of butter
- 3 table spoons of powder sugar
You can make it following these steps:
1 Beat up the egg whites with 4 table spoons of sugar, adding coconut crumbs, flour and baking powder.
2 Bake the cake in a pan covered with baking paper.
3 Cake you have baked cut in 3 equal peaces and leave it to cool down.
4 Make the chocolate pudding in milk with 8 table spoons of sugar, add the chocolate while it is hot in order to melt the chocolate.
5 Mix the butter with powder sugar and add the cold chocolate pudding.
