Autumn Roll





Autumn always bring us all sorts of jams and marmalades, so this cake has the fresh fruit marmalade made this year for the winter. My family likes homemade marmalades that I make.. it has a special taste, they say :-)

    Ingredients

    • 5 eggs
    • 5 table spoons of bread crumbs
    • 2 table spoons of cocoa powder
    • 5 table spoons of sugar
    • 1 table spoon of flour
    • 2 table spoons of oil
    • 1 table spoon of baking powder
    • 80g of chocolate pudding
    • 3 cups of milk
    • 1/2 cup of butter
    • 5 table spoons of sugar
    • 4 table spoons of fruit marmalade

Method 
Beat up the eggs with sugar, and mix it with bread crumbs, flour, cocoa powder,oil and baking powder. Put it in the pan and bake it in preheated oven.
Make the chocolate pudding in milk and stir it with butter.
Roll the cake in a wet cloth and leave it like that until it cools down.
Unroll the cake, remove the cloth and paste the marmalade on it and coat it with chocolate cream.
Roll the cake again and decorate it as you wish.
