Welcome to one of my easiest and the most beautiful cake's recipe of all times. So refreshing, like an ice cream with strawberry jelly on a honey crust - bringing you joy with every bite :-) Contrast of colors makes this cake tempting to all generations and genders... but, with a first bite you take, you will experience a new dimension of stimulating desserts.
Ingredients for the cake
- 2 cups of milled biscuits
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 cup of butter
Stir all ingredients and knead the biscuit dough until it gets smooth. Squeeze the dough evenly on the baking paper in the circle baking pan.
The ingredients for the cheese cream
Mix the cottage cheese with sugar in one bowl, than mix the heavy cream in another bowl, mix it all together and add the gelatine (soaked in water for a few minutes and heated up slightly).
Put the cheese cream on the crust and leave it in the cold place to cool it down.
Try to make strawberry jelly first in order to cool it down until you prepare crust and cheese cream.
Ingredients for the strawberry jelly
- 2 cups of sliced strawberries
- 1 cup of water
- 6 tbsp of sugar
- 3 tsp of powder gelatine
Soak the gelatine in 5 tbsp of water and leave it for 10 minutes. Boil the water with strawberries and sugar, turn of the heat and add the gelatine. Stir until the gelatine melts. When the liquid cools down pour it on the cake and leave it in the fridge to became jelly.
