Ruby Anniversary Cake



As the title tells you, rubies in this cake are cherries. Unforgettable chocolate ganache on the cake makes a good and tasty cake for all times. 40 years of marriage deserves this awesome and beautiful cake.


    Ingredients

    • 3 eggs
    • 3 tablespoons of flour
    • 9 tablespoons of sugar
    • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
    • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
    • 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
    • 2 cups of cherries
    • 2 bags of vanilla flavored puddings
    • 2 cups of milk
    • 2 chocolate bars
    • 3 tablespoons of butter
    • 1 cup of whipped cream

Method
Beat up the eggs with 3 table spoons of sugar and mix in the flour, bread crumbs, cocoa powder and baking powder. Bake the cake in a circle pan in preheated oven on 200C for 15 minutes. 
Put the cherries in a bowl, add 3 table spoons of sugar, let the cherries to water and make the vanilla pudding in it. Make the second vanilla pudding in milk and with 3 table spoons of sugar. Leave it to cool down. Mix 2 table spoons of butter with the cold vanilla pudding.
Cut the cake in half to make two circle shaped cakes. Put the cherry-vanilla pudding on the cake, then the vanilla cream and cover it with another cake.
Melt the chocolate with 1 table spoon of butter for topping.
Put some whipped cream as decoration.
