No Bake Salty Cake





Excellent meal for New Year's Eve. It's fast and easy to make while you are preparing for the most important night of the year. When you come back from the party, exhausted and hungry, this salty cake is waiting for you in a refrigerator. Everybody, who has tried this cake, was amazed.





    Ingredients

    • 24 slices of toast bread
    • 4 cups of sour cream
    • 2 cups of mayonnaise
    • 3 hard boiled eggs
    • a cup of chopped salamy
    • some ketchup
    • a cup of plane hard cheese
    • a cup of chopped sour cucumbers


Method
Mix 3 cups of sour cream with a 1.5 cups of mayonnaise and divide it into 3 bowls. In the first bowl you add fine chopped hard boiled eggs, in the second bowl add chopped salamy and some ketchup and in the third bowl add chopped sour cucumbers.
Put 6 slices of toast bread on the tray and cream the egg-cream on it, put the second layer of 6 toast bread and cream it with salamy-ketchup cream, put the third layer of the bread and cream it with the cucumber cream and put the fourth layer of bread on it.
For the topping mix the rest of the sour cream and mayonnaise with a 1/2 of the cup of plane hard cheese and cream it on the top. The rest of the plane cheese sprinkle over the top.
