This bubbly cake is so light and tasty. It melts in your mouth as you eat it. I made it for the birthday along with another two cakes but it seams that this one is the winner of tastiness. You can make it in the winter or in the summer, it's always a good choice. Here is the recipe for you to try it:
Ingredients for the cake
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- a hot cup of nescoffee for moistening the cake
Ingredients for the cream
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 chocolate pudding powders
- 1 chocolate bar
- 2 cups of whipping base
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of nescoffee granules
Ingredients for the topping
- 2 cups of the whipped cream
Method
Mix the eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and oil in one bowl. Put it in the pan and bake it on 220C. When you take it out of the oven pour the hot coffee on it to moist it. Make the pudding in milk, put the chocolate bar in it (to melt), add the nesscoffee and cool it down. Beat up the whipping base and mix it with the pudding mass. Put the cream on the cake and cream it with whipped cream. Isn't it easy and beautiful?
