Hungarian Crepes

Do you like sweetened cottage cheese? Well, this is an extra, unforgettable specialty from Hungary. OK, when I make crepes, the ideas of the stuffing are just coming to me so quickly that I can't decide which one to use. This is the most common in our house, but not liked by everyone. So, I have to make salty as well, to indulge the other members of the family.

Ingredients

  • 6 crepes
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 4 tbsp of sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Method
Make the crepes following the basic recipe @ http://www.ibaketoday.com/2014/05/pancake-with-strawberries.html. Put the cottage cheese, 2 tbsp of sour cream and 2 tbsp of sugar into the bowl and mix it. Stuff the crepes with this cheese and arrange them in the pan. In another bowl, mix the egg, 2 tbsp of sour cream, 1 tbsp of sugar and vanilla extract. Pour the mixture on the stuffed crepes and put them in the oven on 400 F degrees until the color changes to brownish.
