White Chocolate Cake


White chocolate and creamy deliciousness can decorate your table with a little good will. Take some of your time and make this cake to make your family happy.



For this heavenly delicious cake you will need:

  • 0.5 cup of melted butter and additional some for greasing the pan
  • 6 eggs
  • 11 tablespoons of sugar
  • 10 tablespoons of flour with some baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of cacao
  • 2 tablespoons of starch flour
  • 1.5 cup of whipped cream
  • scrapped white chocolate
  • round baking pan 23 cm of diameter (9 inch)

Let's make it!

1 Grease slightly the pan and cover it with paper

2 Mix eggs and sugar in a big bowl until it turns whitish and firm

3 Flour, starch flour and cacao sift and slowly add the eggs and butter. Carefully stir.

4 Pour the compound into the pan and slope the pan until the compound is evenly spread all over the pan

5 Bake in the preheated oven on 180C (360F) for 35-40 minutes until the cake grows and becomes firm on touch. Take it out of the pan, take of the baking paper and leave it to cool down.

6 Cut the cake horizontally and fill it with half of the cream. The rest of the cream apply on the top of the cake to decorate it.

7 Scatter the scrapped white chocolate on the cake as much as you like.
