Chicken Breasts in Sauce


The quickest meat to prepare is certainly chicken breast. Can be so delicious and has a mild taste so every seasoning can bring it to a higher level. I have tried to make it in a few different ways but this has won the title of the best and quickest. Chicken breasts cut into small cube pieces in a delicious sauce, served with mash potatoes was on our table for lunch today... Everyone liked it very much! 

Ingredients

  • 500g of chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp of vegetable spice
  • 2 tbsp of mustard
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 tsp of flour
  • a pinch of pepper
Method
Cut the meat into small cubes and put it in the pan on a melted butter to fry it a little bit, season it with salt, pepper, flour and vegetable spice. Add mustard and sour cream, leave it to boil and thicken. The meal is ready to be served. Quick, isn't it?
