Cherry Party Cake

Red cherries from our garden are picked just for this cake to be made. A 13 year old boy likes cherries and on his request this cake has only cherries in a pudding and whipping base for the topping. Very easy to make, cake with delicious sweet and sour taste covered with cloudy whitish whipping base. Decoration is left to the baker to decide - as he totally knows the interests of the boy.

    Ingredients

    • 2 large cups of cherries
    • 2 vanilla powder puddings
    • 1 cup of sugar
    • 5 eggs
    • 5 tablespoons of sugar
    • 5 tablespoons of flour
    • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
    • 2 cups of whipping base

Method
Mix the egg whites with sugar, add the egg yolks and slowly add the flour with the baking powder, so gently stir until you get a smooth cream. Pour the mixture into the pan (covered with baking paper) and put into oven on max degrees. Put cherries in the bowl and add sugar so the cherries will water. Add the powder puddings(mixed with a little water) to hot cherries and cook. The cherry pudding spread over the cake and cover it with whipping base. Decorate as you wish.
