Nowadays, everybody is very busy, there is no time to waste so no bake cakes are desired. My mother in law sometimes makes this roll cake to save time and the other reason is the lovable cake. The taste is outrageously fantastic. No matter if you make cakes or not, this one is not hard to make and you will like it for sure.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 250g melted butter
- 250g sugar
- 400g finely chopped biscuits
- 2 finely chopped apples
- 1 cup of milled pecans
- 1 cup of chopped colorful jelly sweets
- 100g of chocolate ganache for topping
Method
Mix all the ingredients in one bowl. Put the mixture on a baking paper and press it until you get a 1/2 inch flat square. Peal of the bananas, put them in order and make a roll. Put the chocolate ganache topping and store the cake in the cold place.
