Polyphonic Roll Cake




This recipe is really amazing! It's a no bake roll cake with whipping base and strawberries. So much for this time of year - lite, fruity and delicious! I always eat strawberries with whipping base and this is it, only rolled in a pecan-cocoa cake. I have made this cake in no time but the cooling time was too long :-( so I had to cut it too soon because of the hungry eyes of my family. :-)

The ingredients for the cake

  • 2 cups of milled biscuits
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of pecans
  • 3 tbsp of cocoa
  • 1/2 cup of powder sugar




Make the dough out of the ingredients and add more milk if it is necessary.
Roll out the dough on the plastic wrap. Cream 1 1/2 cup of the whipping base and cut strawberries in pieces - as much as you have :-) Roll in the cake and leave it in the plastic wrap. Put it in the cold place for a long time :-)





The decoration is the thing I will leave for you to decide. What ever you do, you can't make it wrong!
This is a simple sweet cake and it's perfect if you don't have enough time to make a cake, but you have extra room in a fridge.
