Creamy Chocolate & Peanut Butter Cake

I had an urge for Snickers and came to idea to make a cake that tastes like it...but, I wanted it to be more creamy and less sweet. I haven't accomplished my goal - it came out sweet as the original Snickers cake :-). This cake is creamy just like I wanted it to be. Both creams are so soft and as melting together bring a new, unforgettable aroma. It's a holiday of tastes and softness.

Ingredients for the cake

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 6 tbsp of bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil

Method
Divide the egg whites from the egg yolks and beat the egg whites until stiffs. Add the sugar and beat more. Now add egg yolks and mix the other ingredients in another bowl so stir all together slowly. Bake the cake on 400 F degrees until the cake starts changing color.

Ingredients for the chocolate cream

  • 2 cups of whipping base
  • 2 chocolate bars
  • 2 tbsp of confectionery sugar
Method
Put the whipping base and chocolate into the bowl and heat it until the chocolate melts to make a nice creamy fluid. Leave it over night in the cool place and another day whip it with confectionery sugar.

Ingredients for the peanut butter cream

  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp of confectionery sugar
  • 1 cup of whipping base
Method
Mix the peanut butter with confectionery sugar and add the whipping base. Mix until it gets firm (not too firm). It has to be creamy and smooth.

Assemble the cake like on the pictures and decorate it as you wish. This cake is not a swan among cakes but certainly looks mouthwatering, creamy and tastes incredibly good. This cake made me very happy! Make it yourself so you could be happy too. :-)
