Salty Corn Semolina Cake with Cream Cheese

I had to mention this salty cake for it's practical nature. I make it for breakfast sometimes. Great cake for an afternoon snack or even when you watch the game and drink beer. In our family everyone likes it when it's flat - more crusty. Try to make it yourself - in a short period of time, with a few ingredients and a smile on your face, please ;-)

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 3 cups of corn semolina
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of sunflower oil
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 2 cups of cream cheese

Method
Mix together all the wet ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another bowl. Slowly stir them together - the wet and the dry ingredients. Pour in the pan covered with baking paper and sprinkle it with some sesame seeds - as you like it.

Put it in the oven on 400F degrees and bake it until it gets a nice brownish color like these on pictures.
Don't forget to pour it in the bigger pan to became flat and crusty!
..and here is the substitute for potato chips. :-)
