Little No Bake Banana Cake

I had an idea to make sweet little cakes to impress my family after lunch. I had one big banana, so I went to my quest for other ingredients. I have found some milled cookies and a chocolate. That was it...I have made this little, no bake cake with chopped chocolate and decorated with vanilla cream and some candied aronia berries. To be honest, it was very fast and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 big banana (or two small ones)
  • 1/2 cup of butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup of confectionery sugar
  • 1/2 cup of chopped chocolate
  • 2 cups of milled cookies
  • 1 vanilla cream powder (mixed in with some milk)
  • a fist full of candied aronia berries

Method
Squash the banana, add the sugar and butter and mix it together. Add milled cookies and the chopped chocolate, so you can form little cakes with circle dough cutter. Mix in the vanilla cream powder with some milk and decorate the little cakes. Use candied aronia berries and sprinkle them all over the serving plate.

I can brag that all family members were delighted and asked for more. Sometimes I have to find the way to make something new to bring freshness into my kitchen. It was a pleasure to make something so little and so delicious. I just can recommend it to you too! :-)
