Cherry Party Cake

Red cherries from our garden are picked just for this cake to be made. A 13 year old boy likes cherries and on his request this cake has only cherries in a pudding and whipping base for the topping. Very easy to make, cake with delicious sweet and sour taste covered with cloudy whitish whipping base. Decoration is left to the baker to decide - as he totally knows the interests of the boy.

Banana Softy Cake

When I was reading thru my old recipes, I came across one which I haven't tried out yet. The ingredients are exciting so I decided to prepare it at last. I had some over-ripe bananas which is crucial component in order to use less white sugar ( which is not very healthy). It's not a complicated cake to make, is just mixing all the ingredients, baking it and pouring some chocolate ganache on top.
