This well known dish originates from the largest country on Earth - Russia! What kind of blog would this be if the Stroganoff Beef wouldn't be an ornament on it. Strawberry Cheesecake Phyllo Cups

This is not an ordinary cheesecake recipe... it's the one with semolina. Nevertheless, baked sweet cottage cheese is the food worth craving for. This time I used strawberries to bring some spring into this sweet phyllo basket. I'm thinking about some other fruits, to make a mix in this attractive dessert cup - it would be awesome.

Surprise Muffins

Leek Salad in 7 minutes

There is no holiday without this tender and refreshing salad! Perfectly matches with all kinds of meat and can be used like a side dish. I just have to mention that leeks are not that strong like onions and the taste in your mouth goes away quickly - that is why I love them beside the crunchiness that lasts.
