Carob Brownies with Chocolate Glaze

This cake can be prepared very quickly and easy... It's all about mixing the ingredients together, baking it and pouring the glaze on. Simple as that! Carob gives this cake a special aroma that craves for the chocolate glaze, but as people are not all the same - it's possible that your carob cake craves for a fruit glaze. :-) I'll stick with the chocolate one...

Hazelnut Roll Cake - Strudel

This is a strudel for everybody...simply likable cake. Even those who don't like cakes will reach for it for sure. Not so complicated, dough is the same like for the poppy seed strudel and the other stuff is optional...but this time I have chosen hazelnuts and off course - chocolate. Chicken Breasts in Sauce

The quickest meat to prepare is certainly chicken breast. Can be so delicious and has a mild taste so every seasoning can bring it to a higher level. I have tried to make it in a few different ways but this has won the title of the best and quickest. Chicken breasts cut into small cube pieces in a delicious sauce, served with mash potatoes was on our table for lunch today... Everyone liked it very much!
