Flourless Cake Bars

Do you like nuts and chocolate combination in cakes? Off course! Who doesn't? I have made these bars for New Years Eve...just to put something sweet and delicious on the table. It came out like the best cake ever. A little bit chewy and melts quickly like a winter ice cream, leaving pecans to boost your energy up. It's not too complicated to make but it's worth every minute of your time.

Greeks certainly know how to make a delicious dessert. This one is an ordinary variation enriched with fresh and homemade plum filling. I have made it so soft and tender, i couldn't believe either. Leftover Chocolate Easter Bunny Muffins

So many Easter Bunnies left, so many kinds of chocolate... I had to bake something delicious and tempting. This great recipe was born as I was gathering all those bunnies and chocolate eggs. Hazelnut Roll Cake - Strudel

This is a strudel for everybody...simply likable cake. Even those who don't like cakes will reach for it for sure. Not so complicated, dough is the same like for the poppy seed strudel and the other stuff is optional...but this time I have chosen hazelnuts and off course - chocolate. Poppy Seed Bars

From time to time, I have an incredible cravings for poppy seed cakes. Poppy Seed Strudel

This adorable Poppy Seed Strudel I have made on my son's request today. He was very happy :-) I was too :-) This is a roll cake that you should try to make at least once in your life... It's not hard to make but you must follow the recipe step by step in order to make a strudel soft, airy and without cracks. I won't say that mine is crackless but I gave my best :-)

Poppy Seed Cake with Cherries

This is my first poppy seed cake ever. I was a skeptic about it's tastiness, but I was wrong. Especially like this, cherry jelly in the middle of two layers of poppy seed cake and decorated with whipped cherry cream, totally unexpected, delicious dessert. This experiment was carefully watched by my other half...until it was served :-) Mmmm, delicious - he said, but poppy seeds bothered him afterwords :-(

Fanta Cheesecake

I had an urge for a refreshing sweet cake and among my recipes was this Fanta Cheesecake, so I gathered all the ingredients and started baking. I had help from my sweet niece Natasha. We have creamed a double cheese frosting on a cocoa cake and used Fanta juice for the jelly. Naturally, the cake turned out awesome and above all refreshing!

Chocolate Cake with White Frosting and Caramel-Almond chocolate Pieces

Here's one relatively quick Chocolate Cake from my oven :-) Like, you mix it and bake it for half an hour. Let's say that this cake is not complicated and it's gorgeously delicious. The white cream sprinkled with caramel-almond chocolate pieces between two layers of chocolate cake and used like topping is considered like a great weekend dessert.

Don't Tiramisu Me!

All Tiramisu cakes are almost the same...creamy, cheesy and amazingly tasteful! If you use Mascarpone cheese or cultured butter...or you use ladyfingers instead of homemade cookies or cake... the score you're getting is even :-) The taste is specific and refreshing, so if you are trying it for the first time be prepared for the cake that tastes like no cake you have eaten before. Very easy to make and the looks you get is extraordinary!
