Method
Make dough out of egg-yolks, butter, 4 table spoons of sugar, 3 table spoons of milk, 4 cups of flour and baking powder. Put the dough into the pan and pour the semolina on it.
7 big planed apples mix with 6 table spoons of sugar and 1 tea spoon if cinnamon. Put the apples on the dough and put it into the preheated oven to bake.
While the pie is in the oven, beat up the egg-whites with 2 table spoons of sugar.
Take out the pie from the oven, put on the egg-whites and put it in the oven again to parch the topping.
