Quick No Bake Sweet Bites

We are in a hurry every day, so I had to think of something quick, sweet, tasty and nice for my table decoration :-) There was no mistake by choosing these little bites - everyone likes them and you can add for an ingredient anything you have to change the taste or you can change the form... Pretty amazing - just use your imagination!

Ingredients for the dough

  • 2 cups of melted butter
  • 3 cups of milled cookies (or as the dough takes in to be able to form shapes)
  • 1/2 cup of powder sugar
  • 1 cup of melted chocolate
  • little bit of orange juice
  • other ingredients are optional

Method
I have divided the dough into two and in the first part I have added melted white chocolate and 3 tbsp of coconut flour and in the other part I added melted dark chocolate and 5 tbsp of chopped pecans. Knead the dough until you get the consistency to be able forming shapes. Form little bites and dip them into chocolate glaze. I have used white chocolate glaze for the first part and dark chocolate glaze for the second. The ingredients you can add are rum, almonds, cocoa, dry fruits, nuts, milk chocolate, milk or...
These bites can be stored in the cold place for a long time...even longer if you use margarine instead of butter as an ingredient - also can be stored in the deep freezer. Once you have made them, you'll be amazed!
