
Ingredients for the cake
- 3 eggs
- 12 tbsp of sugar
- 12 tbsp of oil
- 12 tbsp of milk
- 12 tbsp of flour
- 3 tbsp of cocoa
- 2 tsp of baking powder
Method
Mix all of the ingredients listed above and bake the cake in a preheated oven on 400 F degrees. Leave the cake to cool and in the meanwhile caramelize 12 tbsp of sugar and pour 3 cups of milk on it to melt it. Soak the cold cake in this hot caramel liquid and leave it again to cool. Use whipped cream and grated chocolate for decoration.
