Oh my, how tasty are these homemade Hot Dogs. So soft with crusty and salty edges. This is a great snack for a game day or when you want to watch the movie with friends. Take your time and put some effort in this incredible snack - impress yourself and your dearest friends. This is a "must do" until you get 40 :-)
Make this dough just like @ http://www.ibaketoday.com/2014/03/homemade-pastry-buns.html and roll it out. Cut the stripes and roll every hot dog into each stripe - like in the pic.
Put the Hot Dog Rolls in the pan covered with baking paper and leave some space between them to let them double.
Coat every Hot Dog Roll with egg yolk and sprinkle it with salt and some sesame seeds if you want.
Bake on 400 F degrees for 25 minutes or until the rolls get the nicest brownish color.
