This cake anyone can make... It is a perfect no-bake cake...creamy one and yummy. Well, I had ground biscuits and a little bit of this and a little bit of that and I woke up with a smile that day, so there was a certain cake coming up on a horizon. Oh, yes...the time was crucial. Quickly and easy the made in no time, with ingredients that every household has. We used this cake as a dessert after lunch on a Valentines Day. Appropriate, don't you think so too? I have got all the compliments that I could get and believe me, my heart was full. Should anyone ask for more on that special day?
Ingredients for the dough
- 2 cups of ground biscuits
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of powder sugar
- 3 tbsp of coconut flour
- squeezed orange juice
Method
Mix together all of the ingredients and add as much orange juice as you think so the dough can be spread nicely on the prepared surface - plate.
Ingredients for the cream
- 2 cups of whipping base
- 3 tbsp of Hershey's hot cocoa mix
Method
Beat the whipping base and divide it in two separate bowls. In one of them add the Hershey's hot chocolate mix and stir it until it melts. Now spread the white cream on the cake and the chocolate one on the top.
