For grown ups only dessert won my respect a few years ago. I don't drink but Baileys is one of a kind, especially in dessert. Nicely combines with chocolate, nuts or whipped cream and the taste is extraordinary. Try it out and serve it to your friends just to see the positive outcome!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of cornstarch
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of whipping cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup of Baileys Irish Cream
- 3 ounces of chocolate
Method
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar, add some milk and the cornstarch. Pour the batter into the warm milk and stir it constantly over the heath. Add the whipping cream and when the pudding becomes creamy add the Baileys Irish Cream and divide it in two bowls. Add chocolate in one part to melt and pour the puddings in glasses arranged on a muffin pan.
The decoration is up to you, but don't forget the nuts. Serve it cold and leave the bottle... :-)
