This quick, easy and refreshing salad is among all very healthy. It can be served beside every meat or soya stake and it would enrich the taste of the lunch or dinner and grow your appetite :-)
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 fist full of Ramsons
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Method
Cut the cucumber on thin circle pieces and add the chopped Ramsons. Season it with salt and add the olive oil and lemon juice... There is no simpler salad! Try it out!
