Vegan Spring Soup

This lite soup is made of spring vegetables that I could find on the market. Very easy to make and healthy. No fat at all and dairy products were avoided. Nice and mild taste prepares you for an upcoming meal. My stomach is extremely grateful for this treat - hope that your will be too.




Method
Put the vegetables (ramsons, carrot, potatoes, leek, zucchini and whatever you can find to enrich the taste) into the bowl and pour water on them only to cover them. Cook for at least half an hour and mix it with the hand mixer. Salt and pepper are necessary to bring out the taste.
